With more than 35 years advising public sector leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs, Ted Davis brings deep experience helping organizations navigate complex communications and public affairs challenges. He has led crisis response, labor
relations communications, and referendum campaigns for school districts and education-focused organizations of all sizes, earning a reputation for steady, strategic counsel in high-stakes moments.

Ted has spent most of his career building and leading his own strategic communications consultancy, working as a trusted advisor to clients across the country. From 2019 to 2024, he stepped into a leadership role as Executive Vice President of Public Affairs at Weber Shandwick, where he helped guide one of the world’s largest communications firms.

His work has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Donald G. Padilla Distinguished Practitioner Award from PRSA Minnesota, two Upper Midwest Regional Emmy Awards, and the Civilian Excellence Award from the United States National
Guard Bureau.

Ted lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with his wife, Andrea. In his free time, he enjoys running and remains convinced he has another marathon in him.
